Description

Tile-over shower trays are manufactured one piece with no joins and have a machined-in fall to the waste. They are supplied with 4 wall lips as pictured.  For level entry trim off lips not required.

Lips are only required for wall sides - when trimming off the lips not required the tray can be trimmed further to suit your requirements. Trimming one of the standard size trays can eliminate the need for a custom size.

Flashing to fit 3 sides is supplied. Trim where necessary, only required for wall sides.

The machined recess for the standard waste is larger than the puddle flange supplied and no hole has been cut through the tray.  This allows you to place your outlet anywhere within this circle.

Tile Trays are 60mm with the lips (Flashing Height 55mm).  The technical drawings on our website show thickness of our standard sized trays after lip/s have been removed. Thickness (after lips have been removed) is dependent on size of tray, outlet position and outlet type.

Size of tray and outlet position - the further the water needs to fall to reach the outlet the thicker the tray will be at the outside edges (due to our machined in fall to waste).

Type of outlet - channel and square tile-in insert trays require the tray to be thicker at the outlet point (and therefore thicker at the outside edges).
